Cleanliness is our top priority for peace of mind of all our guests. You will find cleaning check-list to show details of each clean. There are cleaning supplies for the guests too. All frequently touched surfaces are cleaned first and then disinfected by chemicals between reservations. The apartment is well ventilated after each stay. Soaps, hand sanitizers and paper towels are supplied. The apartment is on the second floor of a modern building. You will have this incredibly quiet and self-contained apartment to yourself. Each bedroom has comfortable double bed and set of towels is provided for each guest. The larger bedroom has en-suite shower and door leading to the balcony. The family bathroom has a bath and shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There is fridge/freezer, washing machine, electrical heated drying rack, combination microwave convection oven. Dining table extends and there is super fast wi-fi which is ideal for working from home in this quiet apartment. The lounge is spacious with smart TV and doors leading to the balcony – a fantastic spot for a few drinks or to simply watch the sun set. Also note that food delivery service to the Marina is excellent. There is one free allocated car parking space adjacent to the apartment.
